We don't start by building. We start by proving demand. In 14 days your audience tells us — with their wallets — whether your app is worth building. Only then do we build it.

Why validation first
The Validation Sprint is a $1,500–$2,500 investment. That is the maximum you can lose finding out whether your app has a market. If the answer is no, you keep the landing page, the prototype and the data — and you saved yourself a five-figure mistake.
The gap
Coaches with a real audience and a working offer are the best candidates for an app — and the most likely to get burned by one. The usual route is to spend five figures on a build, launch it, and only then discover whether anyone wanted it.
Programmes, rituals, practices, worksheets, check-ins — the raw material of a daily-use app already exists inside your offer.
You don't need paid acquisition to test an app. You need a clear proposition put in front of people who already trust you.
Most agencies quote you a full build on day one. We think that's backwards, and expensive for you.
The ladder
Four stages. You decide at the end of each one whether to continue. No stage commits you to the next.
Ten strategic questions produce your App Readiness Score, the app model that fits your expertise, illustrative monetisation scenarios and — if you describe your current offer — an AI analysis of the opportunity hidden inside it.
We build a landing page and a clickable prototype of your app, then pre-launch it to your existing audience. You find out how many people say yes and how many will actually pay — before committing to a build.
Only entered once the sprint says yes. We build the real product. The investment depends on the validated scope — the simpler the first version, the faster it ships. We scope and share it on the call, once we know exactly what needs building.
Launching well is a skill; keeping people is a harder one. We run the launch strategy with you, then stay on to read the data and tell you what to change.
Fit
If that's you today, take the AppScore anyway — it's free, and it will tell you what to fix before an app makes sense.
Objections
The build is a real investment, which is exactly why we put a $1,500–$2,500 validation stage in front of it. That's the most you can commit before knowing whether people will pay. The build investment is scoped on the call, once the sprint tells us what actually needs building. Most of what an app costs isn't the build — it's building the wrong one.
Those are excellent for delivering content. An app is for behaviour: daily practice, streaks, reminders, check-ins, a home screen icon your client taps without being emailed first. If your work is consumed once, stay on a course platform. If your work is practised, an app changes retention — and you own the relationship rather than renting it.
That's exactly what the 14 days are for, and it's a good outcome. You'd have found out for the price of the sprint instead of a full build, and you keep the landing page, the prototype and the demand data. We'll tell you honestly if the answer is no.
The diagnostic is three minutes. The Validation Sprint needs one 60-minute call plus roughly 2–3 hours from you across two weeks. The build needs your content and a weekly review call. We write, design and build; you approve.
