These terms govern your use of the MindScale Studio website and the free AppScore diagnostic. Paid engagements — Validation Sprint, build and retainer — are additionally governed by the individual proposal or contract we sign with you, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

You may use this site and the diagnostic for your own business purposes. You may not copy, resell or systematically extract our content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.
AppScore is a free self-assessment tool. The score, recommended model, features and monetisation scenarios it produces are illustrative estimates based on the answers you provide. They are not a forecast, a guarantee of revenue, or professional advice. Any figures shown are examples for discussion, not projections of your results.
We use AI as a working tool across the studio — in the AppScore analysis, in research and copywriting, in design and image generation, and in producing and reviewing code for the products we build. Human judgement stays in the loop: everything we deliver is directed, reviewed and adjusted by us before it reaches you. We do not present AI output as independent expertise, and we tell you when a deliverable relies materially on generated assets. AI-assisted work can contain errors or resemble other works; we correct anything we find, and you should review deliverables before publishing them. Unless a proposal says otherwise, you receive full ownership of the deliverables we hand over, and we do not submit your confidential material to AI systems that train on it.
Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule for paid work are set in the proposal you accept. Unless stated otherwise, work begins after the first payment is received, and invoices are payable on issue. Prices are quoted excluding any taxes or transfer fees that may apply in your country.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for having the rights to any content, brand assets or audience data you give us, and for providing feedback and approvals within the agreed timeframe. Delays on your side move the timeline accordingly.
Our website, the AppScore tool and our methods remain ours. On full payment, the deliverables produced specifically for you — product code, designs and written assets — become yours, excluding third-party components and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed to you for use within the deliverable.
We commit to the work described in your proposal, not to a commercial outcome. Demand, revenue, downloads, retention and app store acceptance depend on factors outside our control, including your market and your audience. Validation may conclude that your app should not be built — that is a valid and intended outcome of the process.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or from an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement in the preceding six months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We keep what you share with us confidential and use it only to advise and deliver for you. We will not name you publicly or use your project as a case study without your written permission.
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed and committed up to that point; we hand over the work produced so far.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Sharjah, unless your signed proposal states otherwise.
