01Who is responsible for your data

Axora FZE (Building Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates) is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@mindscalestudio.com.

02What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and the company or offer you describe.
• Assessment data: your answers to the AppScore questions and any free-text description of your current offer.
• Results data: the score, recommended model and analysis generated from your answers, plus the private link used to view your report.
• Email delivery data: whether an email we sent to you was delivered, bounced, was reported as spam, or was unsubscribed.
• Basic technical data: pages viewed and events such as starting or completing the assessment.

03Why we use it

• To generate and send you your AppScore report — this is the service you asked for.
• To contact you about your result and, where relevant, discuss working together. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep our emails deliverable and to honour unsubscribe requests.
• To understand how the site and the diagnostic are used, so we can improve them.

04Legal bases

We rely on your consent when you submit the assessment form and when you accept non-essential cookies, on the performance of a contract when we deliver a paid engagement, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for security, analytics and follow-up on a request you made to us.

05Artificial intelligence

Part of your AppScore report is generated with the help of AI language models. When you describe your current offer, that text is sent to our AI provider to produce the analysis you receive. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to the AI provider, and we do not use your submissions to train public AI models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: it is strategic input, not professional, legal or financial advice, and a human at the studio reviews it before we act on it with you. 06Who we share it with

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site and submissions.
• Our email provider, which sends your report and our follow-up messages and reports delivery status.
• Our AI provider, which processes the offer description you submit in order to produce your analysis.
• Our scheduling provider, if you book a call with us.

07International transfers

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

08How long we keep it

Assessment submissions and lead details are kept for as long as we may reasonably follow up on your enquiry, and for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have a legal obligation to keep them longer. Email suppression records (bounces, complaints, unsubscribes) are kept for as long as necessary to keep honouring them.

09Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can object to receiving marketing at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link. Write to hello@mindscalestudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

10Security

Access to submissions is restricted to the studio through authenticated accounts, report links are protected by a private token, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will inform you and any relevant authority as required.

11Children

This site and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you already gave us will be announced by email where we have your address.
